We had a wonderful experience working with Jeffrey Garay! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process. We were on a very tight timeline, and Jeffrey made everything so smooth and stress-free. From showing us the apartment to getting all the paperwork and arrangements completed, he was always communicative and quick to help us at every step.

Honestly, we were able to get everything done and move in within just 3–4 days, which was amazing! We’re so glad we found this place, and a big part of that positive experience was thanks to Jeffrey. He genuinely made the whole process easier for us, and we really appreciate all his help and support.

If you want a realtor who genuinely cares and stays on top of everything, look no further than Garrett. He showed us a wonderful property on Eldora Ave and was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. Even though my son ended up choosing a different studio apartment that same day, Garrett was by far the best agent we dealt with. His communication is top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future!

We worked with Jeff Garay at Concept and it was a great experience! We traveled from another state and had a very limited amount of time to find a rental, a pied à terre in Boston. We are extremely particular (I'm an architect) and he was appreciative of our needs. He was super responsive and got us a list very quickly, one of which we fell in love with. We put in our application immediately after seeing it and Jeff pushed everything through by the end of the day. We got our dream place and he continued to get all of the paperwork and deposits quickly processed so we could return home with peace of mind. I would highly recommend working with Jeff. He is thoughtful, perceptive and tenacious! Thank you Jeff!

DOUG CAVES IS SUCH A NICE MAN!
We unfortunately did not end up going with a listing with concept properties as our current place ended up extending our lease, HOWEVER Doug was so friendly, responsive, and kind. He shows up on time and knows his stuff! I would recommend him to anyone I know, dont waste your time with anyone JUST GO WITH DOUG!

Sarah was lovely!! So sweet, found me so many options very quickly and helped me decide on my beautiful current apartment. Able to give feedback on renting in Boston and realistic estimates on what you can expect and for how much. She was so accommodating and really made the process pleasant and easy. If I have to move again I will for sure be calling her.
